Kitab Festival, Delhi
The Hindustan Times Kitab Festival will celebrate the impact of South Asian writing in English on the contemporary world, and in turn, the impact of British literature in contemporary India. This extravaganza will provide an unprecedented opportunity to explore and expand the intermingled literary traditions of Britain and India.
The event would be organised from the 7th to the 9th of April at the Stein Auditorium in India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
The list of participants includes Amit Chaudhuri, Nadeem Aslam, Goldie Hawn, Rana Dasgupta, Clare Short, William Dalrymple, Tarun Tejpal, Alexandra Pringle and Pavan K. Varma.
